Terms & Conditions

These terms (the “Terms”) apply to Kova: this website, its terminal, its documentation, its public API at /api/v1 and the RPC relay its pages use (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. What Kova does

Kova reads public data from Robinhood Chain and presents it. It finds the liquidity pools that trade canonical tokenized equities, reads their state from the chain, and shows prices, spreads between pools, simulated quotes, recent trades and, when you ask for it, the token balances of an address.

2. What Kova does not do

Kova is not an exchange, broker, dealer, custodian, wallet, adviser or portfolio manager. It does not accept, route or execute orders, does not hold assets or keys, does not issue tokens and does not recommend any trade. Nothing in the Services is investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

3. Figures are information, not promises

  • Prices, spreads and statuses are computed from pool state at a particular block and from pool listings supplied by a third-party indexer. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
  • A quote simulates a swap against a pool's state at the moment it runs. It reserves no liquidity, and a real trade can get a different result.
  • An asset's book price is a reading aid. Do not use it as a reference rate for contracts, loans, liquidations or valuations.

4. Kova never transacts for you

The Services never ask you to sign a message, approve a token, switch networks or send a transaction. Connecting a wallet only lets the terminal read the address you select. Anything claiming to be Kova that asks for a signature, a seed phrase or a private key is not Kova.

5. The public API and the relay

The API is free, needs no key and comes without any service level. It may change, be limited, or refuse traffic that degrades it for others. The RPC relay serves the pages of this site only; using it for anything else is not permitted.

6. Tokens, issuers and pools

The tokens shown are issued by third parties, and the pools shown belong to third-party protocols. Kova does not control, audit or vouch for any of them. Company names, logos and tickers identify the securities a token tracks and belong to their owners; showing them implies no relationship with Kova.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Check prices, pools and contract addresses independently before you trade anywhere.
  • Keep your wallet, keys and devices secure.
  • Follow the laws that apply to you, including any restriction on tokenized securities where you live.

8. Risks

Trading tokenized equities on a public chain carries risks Kova cannot remove, among them defects in pool contracts, failures of issuers or custodians, network outages or reorganisations, and sudden price moves. You carry those risks when you trade.

9. Fees

Kova charges nothing for the Services.

10. Names and marks

The Kova name and logo belong to the team operating Kova. Other names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners.

11. Availability and changes

The Services may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

12. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the team operating Kova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, funds, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Services or from relying on any figure they show. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

14. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services unlawfully, to evade sanctions, to attack or overload them, to collect data from them in a way that harms other users, or to pass yourself off as Kova.

15. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be revised. The date above shows the latest revision, and using the Services after a revision means accepting it.

16. General

If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Choosing not to enforce a part is not a waiver of it.

17. Contact

A contact address for the team operating Kova will be published on this page.
